The supplier shall endeavor to present more accurately the colors of the products presented on the website. We draw attention to the fact that the hue that you see depends on the technical specifications of the monitor or use of products and equipment used for printing. As such, the supplier cannot be held liable in any way for any color discrepancy between the monitor or your catalog and the product itself.

 

Also, the margeleonline.ro® team will do everything possible regarding the details of descriptions, prices, images, measures, dimensions or during delivery, for products sold, to be more precise. However, margeleonline.ro® reserves the right to refuse orders if it is found that the information  were entered incorrectly. In this case you will be contacted (a) and will be given all the necessary details. margeleonline.ro also reserves the right to cancel orders that were fraudulent.

 

DELIVERY TIME

 

DELIVERY means the period between the completion of  the order and products reaching your  address. It is important for you to know that the order processing is in the order of the receipt, but with priority for the orders that were chosen as a way of transporting delivery by express courier. Confirmation of orders are launched successfully by sending an automatically generated  email to the address with which you registered in our database, where you can view the entire order. If you have not received this message, please contact us.

Delivery time is approximately 2-4 business days calculated from the date of receipt and acceptance of your order, time-bound directly by the delivery method (courier or post), but also by the physical time required to process the order, but can also reach up to 7 working days. This term is indicative and may be modified for reasons beyond the control of the margeleonline.ro team (extremely unfavorable meteorological conditions, blocked roads, natural disasters, transport companies strikes, etc.)

 The products are delivered within the stock limit available at margeleonline.ro warehouse. If one or more of the ordered products are no longer in stock, you will be notified accordingly. margeleonline.ro can not be held responsible if the ordered products are delivered late.

PRICES

 

Prices communicated on the website include 19% VAT and are valid until further price changes. In exceptional cases, margeleonline.ro reserves the right to change the selling prices of the products shown without notice.

 

RETURN S

 

According to art. 4 of Law 130/2000  " The conditions and procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal for cases stipulated by this ordinance , as the following clause : the consumer is entitled to notify in writing to waive the purchase without penalty and without giving any reason within 10 days after receiving the product." The client has the right to return any products ordered within 10 days from their receipt. The buyer is obliged to pay the full cost of returning the goods. The value of goods returned  will be paid to the client within 14 days after returning the product, either by money or by bank transfer into the account of the client, if such an account is specified.

 

CAREFUL

 

The product must have all original tags, must not have been used / worn, mustn't be damaged and must be sent in original packaging in which it was received at delivery! The cords will be returned only if unused and in unit sales and presentation as purchased. The customer is responsible for product damage or loss during transportation of return. We do not receive payment packages whose transport was not carried out by the sender! We do not receive packages with cash! Also, if you will order other products in equivalent return, the customer will bear the cost of transport.

Before returning a product, please contact Customer Service at office@margeleonline.ro and notify that you want to return the product and that our team is to receive a package from you.
